  • All orders are packed and shipped by 1 - 5 business days from our warehouse in Cincinnati, OH. Shipping time for US orders typically takes between 2-7 business days from the time sent from the warehouse.
  • At Haven Boutique, we understand shopping online can be tricky. We offer a simple solution if you decide your order is not perfect. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the items for a credit in the form of a Haven Boutique E-Gift Card. You may also return for an exchange if quantities/size/colors are available. 
  • All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. ALL SALE/JEWELRY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is returned, we will return to the sender. 
  • Once an order has been placed, we can NOT cancel the order and refund back to your credit card/paypal. The ONLY option is for store credit. This includes if you place an order multiple times by "accident." PLEASE check your order BEFORE you hit submit.
